The ECE Entrepreneur Experience is a one day event that helps educators-turned-entrepreneurs finally get unstuck on three things: mindset, money, and marketing.
With expert speakers, real community, and sessions built for action (not just inspiration), you'll leave with the clarity, strategy, and confidence to run your business like the CEO you already are.
This event is not for you if you're looking for classroom professional development, have no interest in entrepreneurship, or want a passive sit-and-listen conference.
You're a consultant, coach, speaker, podcaster, author, or trainer
You want to turn your expertise into income
You're tired of trying to figure everything out alone
You have ideas but need a roadmap
The speakers were phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere left me feeling inspired, energized, and with a completely full cup. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, creating a space where learning, connection, and growth happened naturally.
What stands out most is Carla’s ability to make every person feel important, valued, and heard. She has a gift for bringing people together and creating an environment where everyone feels they belong. The ECE Experience is more than an event—it’s a community, and I always leave looking forward to the next one.
A mindset reset that sticks. Not just motivation, but a new lens for every business decision.
Ways to position yourself as the expert.
Money clarity: the confidence to charge (and keep) what you're worth.
A client attraction strategy that actually works (without being "salesy").
Offers your audience is ready to say "heck yes!" to.
Community with other ECE Entrepreneurs who get it.

After nearly two decades in classrooms and leadership roles, I've supported ECEs in every direction their careers can go, including the ones who've realized their next chapter is outside the classroom. And I've noticed a pattern.
No matter how far they get from the classroom, so many ECE entrepreneurs are still running their business like it's a side hustle. The classroom is behind them. The mindset? Not so much.
That's exactly why I created the ECE Entrepreneur Experience: to help you finally think, and market, like the CEO you already are. I can't wait to see you there!
